Three kilometres NNE of Moonraker Peak, on the divide, the border of Glacier National Park at this point. It was a popular climb at the KMC hiking camp, in 2000.

Southeast Ridge. The southeast ridge of Dawn Mountain is a walk-up on FA unknown.
