WHATSHAN RANGE
Whatshan Range.
This isolated group is of low altitude but rises well above its surroundings. They are prominent from Highway 23, north of Nakusp. The main cluster, the Pinnacle Group is 30 km south of Mount Fosthall.

The range is triangular in shape – bounded on the north by Fostall Creek, on the southeast by Arrow Lakes,  and the southwest by Highway 6 between Cherryville (Vernon) and the Needles Ferry.

Christina Range
is a mountain range located roughly north of Grand Forks, between Lower Arrow Lake and the Granby River. It has an area of 2442 km2
