BUGABOOS
Cobalt Lake. Brenta Peak (I climbed in 2000) is in the background. Contour to the left around the lake and climb the small glacier on the upper left. Descend into the valley, turn right to access Appleby Camp, descend to the Conrad Kain Hut and return to the parking lot. The best day hike in the world.
Snowpatch Spire
Bugaboo Spire
Mulvey Basin. Asgard is a perfect cone from all directions.
Gwillim Basin. Mt Lucifer (2760m, 9055′) is the main peak to climb from the basin.
Devil’s Range
SLOCAN LAKE
Nemo Creek Falls
Slocan City. At the south end of Slocan Lake and the end of the trip. The Slocan River starts here.
